Job Description

The Cluster Lead HDB is responsible for overseeing the overall management of rooftop solar assets within a designated cluster. This role involves leading a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure operational excellence, compliance with relevant standards, and driving continuous improvement in asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all supervisors and technicians under the HDB cluster.
  • Ensure maintenance schedules, performance targets, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Allocate tasks and resources effectively across the cluster to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of experience in solar O&M, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of IEC standards, Singapore Electrical Code and relevant local regulations.
  • Experience managing rooftop solar systems, including budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and incident resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and able to interpret performance data for decision-making.
  • Skilled in developing SOPs, handling audits, and leading maintenance planning and project handovers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license and comfortable working at heights and across multiple sites.
