For our regional headquarters in Singapore, we are looking for an

**Asset Manager - Renewable Energy**

**Your main responsibilities**
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for future operational assets
- Drive the definition and implementation of the asset management strategy in APAC
- Onboarding, management and review/ evaluation of external contractors and service providers
- Liaise closely with merchant market team and energy traders for operation of partial/ fully merchant assets
- Monitoring of renewable energy assets in APAC incl. commercial and technical performance analysis
- Management of renewable energy assets in the group's asset management and contract management platform
- Insurance management incl. relevant due diligence work, warranty inspections and claim handling
- Support the investment
- as well as engineering team with insights from plant operation as part of a consistent performance feedback loop

**Your qualifications and experience**
- University degree with focus on technical disciplines or renewable energy
- At least 5 years of hands-on asset management experience in similar capacity in APAC
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and fluency in English and one other language
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to partner with business and corporate functional colleagues, external stakeholders and staff
- Proven ability to collaborate and to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Highly organised, detail oriented, efficient, resourceful with strong follow-through and passion to "make things happen"
- Confident handling of MS Office
