THE COMPANY

The bank is an established set up and are looking to expand their operations. Currently, there are seeking for a Remittances/Payments Executive who can help with their Branch Banking Operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle bank’s branch operations

Process payments/SWIFT received

Clear cheques/deposits received

Check for proper authorization

Update customers’ transaction details into the bank’s system

Help to cover/assist with Bank teller’s duties (e.g. Handle cash, account opening documents etc.)

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education

Experience in Banking industry (Remittances or payments or Bank operations/documentation)

Approachable, diligent, keen eye for details and has good interpersonal and communication skills
