**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily overall management of local cross-border business (local country export and import), focusing on sales, expansion of local import and export logistics business;
- Responsible for the collection of market conditions, carry out project risk assessment, feasibility judgment and solutions, and improve the overall performance of local cross-border business;
- Enhance the market brand value of the local Best;
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the integration of resources (focusing on expansion, customs clearance and transportation resources), leading the preparations work before the start of the project, and effectively managing the relevant personnel of their implementation and operation;
- Responsible for monitoring the operation of the project, regularly conducting profit and loss analysis and formulating optimization plans;
- Responsible for dealing with abnormal conditions of the project, formulating corresponding emergency plans and follow-up rectification measures;
- Responsible for coordinating the communication of information with customers and carriers, ensuring timely communication of information and fulfilment of needs, and promoting the improvement of service quality;
- Any other job as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience in international freight forwarding companies, at least 3 years of sales experience, and experience in leading a team;
- Familiar with the international freight forwarding business, have a deep understanding of FOB\CIF\DDU\DDP\EXW and other trade modes, and can quickly determine the target market, and have their own opinions on the creation of international logistics products;
- Have good communication and negotiation skills, sales and presentation skills and logistics work experience, and be proficient in using various office software;
- Have good analysis and judgment skills, as well as the ability to adapt to abnormal situations;
- Good communication and coordination skills, proficient in Mandarin for liaison with Chinese stakeholders;
- Good quality, quick thinking, strong pressure resistance, mature mind, flexible and adaptable, with high emotional intelligence.
