Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in staffing for a search company, recruitment agency, or in-house talent team.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience building and cultivating relationships with customers and advising Hiring Managers on talent/hiring.
- Understanding of technical skill sets and the tools necessary to find them (e.g., Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as business partner.
- Ability to think globally, strategically, and objectively and translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and plans.
- Demonstrated accountability and integrity with an ability to build productive relationships across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide and advise on the hiring processes. Provide consistent communication to customers and solutions that enable customers to seamlessly engage with staffing and our processes.
