**Position: Finance Manager**

**Position Overview**: As a Finance Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the company's financial management. You will be responsible for handling the accounts of multiple companies, coordinating the finance team, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. You will report directly to senior management and play a key role in formulating financial strategies and decisions.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Must have experience in finance within the food industry or manufacturing sector, with familiarity with relevant financial processes and regulations.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, able to lead a team of 3-4 finance assistants and coordinate various financial tasks.
- Responsible for handling the accounts of multiple companies, including financial reporting, budget management, cost control, etc.
- Participate in formulating company financial strategies, providing professional financial advice and support.
- Familiar with tax regulations to ensure the company's tax compliance.
- Actively participate in the training and development of the finance team to enhance overall team quality.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals.

**Work Conditions**:

- Working Hours: Five days a week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Annual Leave: 14 days of paid annual leave provided for employees to fully rest and relax.
