**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales activities resulting in optimised sales and profits consistent with annual sales budgets and supporting short term and long run objectives as a Division Manager
- Lead and efforts of opportunity channel, relationship management and program execution to optimise markets growth
- Set divisional business goals for high performance and growth
- Develop long-term strategies business plans to maintain a leading position in the marketplace
- Development work and business trip to Middle east, SEA, India, Africa
- Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of personnel
- Ensure junior employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission
- Review and evaluate financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data and program improvement
- Foster an organizational culture of proactive compliance with internal standards, and policies
- Lead negotiations, networking, and relationship-building with strategic customers
- Establish an effective working relationships with vendors to ensure synergy between relevant parties
- Challenge new ideas in line with risks and opportunities and assess new business growth opportunities
- Accountable for plan, result and related with improvement activity to Headquarter in Japan, and report to them frequently
- Regular discussion with affiliated company for our management and direction
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior trader with Professional knowledge for plastic resin (range : commodity to engineering plastic), involved in principal trading of plastic resin both engineered and general resin product
- Min. 5 years experiences as a Sales of commodity to engineering plastic in trading company
- Well-versed in the industry landscape and strong network within the industry
- Has networking and the experience in our industry (the mainly Japanese-resin industry)
- Possess strong planning, management, and leadership skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- A driven leader who is committed to goals with the ability to lead changes and encourage a result-oriented culture
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with staff, vendors and customers
- Ability to work well in an unstructured yet flexible environment
- Ability to motivate a wide range of staff from diverse backgrounds
- High level of Japanese language ability to communicate with the Japanese parent company in oral, written form and readings as meeting and reporting will be required in Japanese language
