Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Industry: Engineering

  • Responsible for driving the division's growth by overseeing the development and execution of the division's strategy to expanding product offerings, improving cost and quality control, enhancing brand image.
  • Focus on Satcom SI projects and product operations and deliveries, improving cost and quality control and leading efforts to increase sales of OEM products locally and internationally by venturing into new oversea markets.
  • Responsible for Day to day running of Division operation , Project Delivery and meeting the Division's KPI orders and revenue growth
  • Provide updates of Division financial performance monthly to Business Unit
  • Responsible for staff career planning, competencies and skillsets relevancy and welfare

Requirement

  • Relevant experience in a management position particularly in Satcom domain business areas overseeing growth and operation
  • Relevant experience in Satcom GEO, MEO and LEO industry, networks, products, sales and business development areas
  • Track records in leading a team of more than 60 staffs
  • Project management and operations experience
