**Description**
Vista Musical Instruments is an innovative, global collective of music-related brands dedicated to building meaningful products and experiences for the music community. Brands include MONO, Teisco, Harmony, Heritage Guitars and Swee Lee. Vista Musical Instruments is headquartered in Singapore, with operations in USA, UK and APAC, and is a division of Caldecott Music Group.
**Overview**
As a full-time senior member of the Vista Musical Instruments marketing team, you’ll lead the strategic development and execution of multichannel creative for campaigns and projects across all VMI channels including (but not limited to) social/digital, video, retail, experiential and product branding and marketing projects from start to finish. You’re a conceptual problem solver and design leader with fluency in creating visual concepts and storytelling to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and engage with customers. You will own the creative process and visual ID for all brands and categories, working with marketing partners and external teams to develop innovative creative materials.
**Responsibilities**
- Work within the marketing team to deliver high-end creative design solutions for brand and retail projects across global markets
- Translate, elevate and incorporate brand DNA into all design solutions to provide the best customer experience
- Lead all design projects, gathering cross-functional inputs, managing project schedules, deliverables and operational expectations
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams (including, but not limited to marketing, retail, ecommerce, product) to fulfil and improve design solutions across all channels
- Oversee planning, production and execution of all creative in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Work closely with the product team and category managers to get to know our own brands and categories as well as our many and varied Swee Lee vendors
- Get hands on when required to bring creative ideas and concepts to life
- Elevate and enhance the visual identity of our brands alongside our group brand team
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary or relevant qualification in Creative/Design
- 4-5 years experience working as a designer ideally in retail and commerce and/or with an agency background
- Strong portfolio and proven track record in creating world class creative campaigns
- Highly collaborative approach, with experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Experience leading a team and working with external partners
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and a familiarity with video editing
- Experience leading photo shoots, video shoots, and all associated pre-production components
- Experience managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects
- Hands-on creative who is willing to make as well as lead projects
- Music industry experience is a bonus

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
