**The role**
We want to change the way people view property search and for that, we are looking for an outstanding Graphic Design Lead to join our dynamic Brand & Marketing team.

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for design and can set the creative direction across our Trade, Consumer and HR visual brand. You will have the autonomy to lead the creative direction of our main 99.co brand and other sub-brands.

As our Graphic Design Lead, you will be leading a group of designers to work closely with the wider Brand Marketing team. You will lead the team to produce creatives for new and existing campaigns and design high-quality printed and digital creatives, while ensuring all creatives fulfill the brief and follow our brand guidelines.

**As our Creative Design Lead, you will**:

- Lead the team to build high-quality creative concepts for wider marketing campaigns
- Develop and oversee our brand visuals, ensuring consistency across the different channels
- Innovate new approaches to graphic design problems and create frameworks or optimizations for common speedbumps
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure the creation of effective marketing creatives to deliver great content
- Have the ability to break down complex property information and data and lead the team to create compelling and digestible creatives
- Manage the overall efficiency of the Creative Design team and guide the team in the creation of assets
- Is creative and loves pushing the boundaries in creative designs
- Has experience working with information-heavy content briefs and has the ability to break down complex information into easy-to-read content
- Familiar with leading social media apps, including Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok
- Familiar with the property scene and has a strong marketing background
- Has experience leading junior to mid-level designers and is passionate about helping the team grow

**Salary**: $5,400.00 - $6,900.00 per month
