**Roles & Responsibilities**
**General Description**
- Handling documentation of incoming shipments, including new stock, import permits, payments etc
- Have to be able to handle shipments from different companies
- Allocating new/clearance stock to outlets and creating central Purchase Orders
- Setting promotions weekly or on an ad-hoc basis
- Input record of new items into system and creating Purchase Orders
- Monthly reports of top sales, promotion items, consignment sales, etc
- Weekly memo of promotions, notices to outlets, price changes, etc
- Ordering materials for the outlets - toner, plastic bags, etc
**Other Matters**
- Liaising with the warehouse/logistics team on goods transaction
- Support functions liaison with various outlets
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management
