**ADMIN ASSISTANT (with some accounts background)**
(Location: Changi / Loyang)
What you’ll be doing:
**Admin**
- Handling all Finance matters for both Changi 2 and Loyang (Invoice, AOR-Funding availability, WO, Tenancy, Petty Cash, Contracts)
- Handling PSM priority enquiries and bookings.
- Handling HR matters for all Changi 2 and Loyang staff
- Accounting for Budget entries and balances
- As covering Customer Service Executive when short of manpower to do rooms check-in/out, handling of walk-in/online booking, phone enquiries etc
- Adhoc reports assigned
**Additional Role (CSC)**
Covering CSO duties as when needed.
Duty involved:
- Handle booking and check-in system
- Handle walk in and online booking of guests
- Prepare check in kit
- Liaise with operation staff to ensure all units ready for check in
- Handle all phone calls and enquiries
- Update daily occupancy
**We want you, if you have/are**:
- Min. O level.
- Min. 1 year relevant working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with good learning attitude.
- A cheerful personality and willing to go “extra mile” for customers.
- A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required
