Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Marketing Activities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans for assignedn portfolios which include sales and profit objectives, go-to-market strategies, tactics, production forecasts, promotional budgets to support specific markets within SEA region through active collaboration and partnership with key internal stakeholders (both local and Corporate), key customers and distributors in alignment with market and customer needs.
- Manage the product and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager and distributors to achieve optimum sales and profitability within company guidelines.
- Provide in-country distributor and internal sales teams with appropriate marketing support and materials for local implementation in relation to product launches and training.
- Organise and co-ordinate all aspects of product promotional campaigns and conferences. Ensure attendance at conferences achieves maximum market exposure within the constraints of the promotional budget.

Market Knowledge:

- Ensure a thorough understanding of the local healthcare policies and priorities and planned initiatives of government, particularly as they may impact on market access for the company’s products.
- Create and drive market shaping initiatives to develop market and maximize therapy reach
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of those sectors of the market relative to the business, i.e. size, trends, selling prices and promotional programmes to ensure the company's products achieve their maximum potential.
- Conduct regular market research to assess viability of marketing initiatives to measure success of recent campaigns.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure effective and efficient marketing budgets are in place.
- Establish and maintain effective and valid product portfolio forecasting.
- Manage and control assigned expense budget for marketing activities for assigned Divisional product portfolios

Product Knowledge and Training:

- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge and provide specialist training to sales team and customers.
- Work with sales team on regular basis. Develop and support product knowledge and ensure they understand Features and Benefits of assigned products and assist to improve clinical selling skills and build stronger relationships with Customers

Relationship Management:

- Manage relationships with Divisional marketing/ sales organization/ marketing agencies to implement the marketing & branding activities
- Active field participation with in-country sales team to identify new business development opportunities, customer needs, and trends.
- Establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.

Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or industry related discipline
- 5 - 8 years of product launches & marketing experience with medical device/healthcare industry
- Experience working with Distributors will be an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and analytically minded
- Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written
- Enthusiasm and drive, highly motivated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
- Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company
- Able to undertake at least 40% travel
