The Corp Lab Design Team is a cross-disciplinary group of talented product designers, user experience designers, and visual designers. As the sole design team, we are responsible for exploring, incubating, and commercializing new products, as well as managing the design work for internal products within Sea Group. Additionally, we support overall branding and operational activities at the Sea Group level, including the Sea Anniversary celebration, year-end events, and various festival activities. Job Description Independently complete major functional modules or design new products from scratch. Execute end-to-end product design (UX/UI) with a strong focus on enhancing user experience and client satisfaction. Develop a universal design methodology by refining thought processes and accumulating experience in design practice. Actively engage in design thinking processes to solve complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions to our products. Stay updated on the latest market trends in design and emerging industries to keep our products competitive and relevant. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing time and delivering high-quality outcomes. Develop a solid understanding of the front-end and back-end web development process, including design, development, and product deployment. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in UX/UI Design or a related field. 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, demonstrating the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality design solutions. Proven ability to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces. Proficient in user experience design principles and tools such as Figma, with a willingness to adapt to new tools as needed. Detail-oriented and ideas-driven, with a keen eye on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Strong communication, logical thinking, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proactive mindset with a passion for taking on challenges and driving impactful design solutions forward.
