**Responsibilities**:
1. Underwriting and organizing institutional syndicated loans, including but not limited to feasibility analysis of target transactions, design of syndicate structure, preparation of credit term sheets, creation of roadshow materials, formulation of syndicate timelines, and handling legal documents.

2. Distributing institutional syndicated loans, including accurately assessing distribution channels and distributing projects to potential target investors.

3. Establishing close cooperative relationships with other players in the syndicate market and financial industry.

4. Regularly updating potential syndicated transactions in the market, identifying potential partners for joint cooperation, and assisting the institution in seeking potential business opportunities to enhance the bank's comprehensive reporting.

5. Supporting potential syndicated loan business for customer relationship teams by leveraging the functions of the product management team.

6. Meeting KPI assessment metrics.

**Job Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English communication so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and Head Office
- 3-5 years of experience in syndicated financing, with a wide network of syndicate contacts
