**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Geotechnical Design Engineer / Manager**to lead design and engineering efforts on infrastructure and building projects.

You will oversee the development of design strategies, manage internal teams, and ensure delivery of technically sound, cost-effective geotechnical solutions that align with regulatory standards and project timelines.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead geotechnical design for ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and foundation systems across building and infrastructure projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of design engineers and technical staff.
- Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and statutory authorities (e.g., BCA, LTA) to ensure alignment and resolve design issues.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and geotechnical engineering best practices.
- Support tender teams with technical input, design methodologies, and preliminary assessments.Drive quality assurance, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design function.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)
- At least **5 years of experience**in geotechnical design for building or infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and deep excavation design
