**About Our Client**:
Our client is an independent family office from Mainland China that does global investment. They runs several VC funds and is expanding steadily in Singapore. As they continue to develop the SG office, they are looking for an EA to the founder as well as managing the local office of 4-5 headcount.
You will report to the Founder and your responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting the Founder's meeting schedule when she is in Singapore
- Calendar management and trip booking on behalf of the Founder
- Ensuring the Founder's business trip to be operationally smooth
- Receiving incoming phones and inquiry
- Managing the office vendors such as IT and HR vendors
- Pantry management and office facility maintenance
**The Successful Applicant**:
- at least 3 years of experience in EA/ OM capacity to understand the job requirements
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting

This role allows you to have work flexibility in terms of daily working hours. You will also be remunerated fairly with benefits. This is a growing company and the role can progress into an OM role in the future.
