As the Senior Executive, Corporate Services (Shop & E-commerce) the role requires you to run the operations of the shop including but not limited to

1. Day to day management of sales, orders and delivery

2. Monthly reporting of sales and inventory including sporadic stock take

3. Management of inventory and procurement

4. Annual Procurement Exercise

5. Sales activities and events including communications campaigns, sales at GGS events and programmes

6. Management of E-Commerce site, orders and fulfilment, inventory update and report

7. Lead and manage annual internal and external stock take

Working with commissioners and teams, you will also work in collaboration on any ad hoc projects, sale campaigns and projects or events.

This is an independent role and will require you to be in the office at least 4 days a week.
