Leading MNC Engineering organisation is rapidly expanding in the SEA Market and is looking for a HR Manager, up to SGD10,000/month.

**Your new company**

A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Manager governing SEA to be part of their team to provide support to senior management and employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

**Your new role**

You will be part of the HR team as a HR Manager looking after end-to-end Employee life cycle, Learning & Development needs, talent management and succession planning. You will work closely with the HR Director of Asia. You will also be providing support to drive HR efficacy changes across APAC region. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting HR regional projects that the company initiates.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need to be able to think strategically on talent management, and is familiar with the back-end of HR operations. You will ideally have the characteristic of being independent and flexible, as you will be involved in employee relation and cultural improvement programs.
