Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- HR Business Partnering for SEA HUB teams (commercial and global functions) to develop & strengthen the right teams, leadership, culture & environment to support a best-in-class organization that furthers long term business strategy.
Project Management of HR topics which are pan SEA to ensure country HR teams are supported with solutions / frameworks to execute and partner with their country teams better and faster- Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering & Operations for SEA HUB
- Manage the full range of day-to-day HR Partnering of HR core cycle and operations for the SEA HUB teams and Singapore global functions teams on recruitment, on-boarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews, promotions & adjustments, training & development, etc.
- Manage key HR processes in alignment with HR policies and practices and work closely with HR COEs, i.e. Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, Rewards, as well as APAC and Global teams.
- Maintain a close business partnering relationship with SEA HUB teams to ensure that business needs and opportunities are addressed when developing or adopting HR strategies and initiatives or adopting HR initiatives that is relevant to the location.
- Partner with SEA HUB leaders and teams for future-forward planning requirements such budget cycles, 3-5 year strategic planning, workforce evolution & planning; and organizational design & development, including change Management processes.
- Provide on the ground support to the SEA HUB teams and work closely to drive engagement and retention initiatives to develop positive engagement and team spirit
- Coach managers and mentor employees towards new systems, processes and leadership to drive effective change management (Mybest, GBS, Digital tools, etc.)
- Review grievances, value violations, etc. and partner with the country teams to drive compliance and support continuous improvement.
- HR Reporting, Controlling & Project Management for SEA HUB and SEA Countries
- Develop, consolidate and report on key HR analytics and insights through People Metrices (Engagement Scores, Attrition data, Onboarding, NPS, etc ) to enable people decisions and action planning
- Manage and report on monthly and annual People & FTE budgets, actual cost as well as forecasts (offline as well as online through SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Manage and track FTE and Organisational Blueprint trackers
- Prepare People Business Review and Strategy decks
- Project manage key regional projects and initiatives
- Location Singapore HR Support- Singapore being the APAC and SEA HQ, supporting location HR topics like government interactions and process adherence, audits and compliance, people metrics/ ratios tracking and planning actions
- Partnering with shared services function for location-based formats and inputs
- Leading Singapore location employee engagement ,employee awareness and HR COE activations

- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-8 years progressive work experience in the field of HR with 5 years of HR partnering role; preferably in an international organization
- Project management experience preferable
- English fluent (written and oral)
