**Description**:
- The Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team is responsible for enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses and make Changi Airport a leading duty-free shopping destination acclaimed for innovation and exceptional shopping experience. The team strives to continuously improve and enhance the retail mix in our Transit Malls, market all the available outlets, as well as execute terminal development and enhancement projects.
- You will report to a leasing Team Lead and manage a portfolio of airside concessions. The role will include:
- Developing leasing strategies and plans
- Marketing concession spaces
- Cultivating and building good relationships with tenants and prospects
- Executing leasing exercises and managing lease negotiations
- Analysing and evaluating proposals
- Making presentations to and seeking approvals from Management
**Job Requirements**:
- Good Degree from reputable universities, preferably in Accountancy/Business/Economics/Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Passion for and interest in retail and F&B
