Airside Concessions Planner

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to spearhead the planning and leasing of airside concessions.
About the Role:The Retail Planning & Leasing team is responsible for elevating the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail businesses by continuously improving and enhancing the retail mix in our Transit Malls, marketing all available outlets, and executing terminal development and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to manage the planning & leasing for a portfolio of airside concession categories
- Develop leasing strategies and plans
- Market concession spaces
- Cultivate and build good relationships with tenants and prospects
- Execute leasing exercises and manage lease negotiations
- Analyse and evaluate proposals
- Make presentations to and seek approvals from Management
- Good degree from reputable universities, preferably in Accountancy/Business/Economics/Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Passion for and interest in retail and F&B
- Candidates with leadership experience and/or leasing experience are preferred
