
Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dynamic individual who ensures positive interactions with our customers. The mission would be to transform every interaction touchpoint into an excellent experience that leads to long-lasting client satisfaction, brand loyalty and advocacy.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with our clients. Support client enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Taking responsibility in finding solutions for our clients, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies.
- Responsible for all administration and coordination of activities within departments as well as to ensure the smooth procedure required in the front-line operations in our service.
**Qualification and Criteria**
- Min. GCE 'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B service.
- A strong desire to learn, grow and lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and think creatively.
- Passionate about delivering first-class service with the spirit of excellence.
- Have a Growth Mindset; We are growing fast. The team and processes will evolve over the next few months. The goal is to continuously learn and improve from our work and each other.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
