We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Product Manager - Card Commercialization - GPS.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Derive and execute commercialization, program optimization and revenue initiatives to drive product performance for customer acquisition, retention and maximize utilization
- Manage a portfolio of 20-25 key client card programs and identify opportunities to optimize existing managed and non-managed Corporate Card programs for Singapore market
- Build relationships with existing clients to gain a clear understanding of their requirements
- Driving the visibility of new functionalities and engaging GPS and CMB/GBM stakeholders to generate new interest in the existing products in the market
- Provide insight on customer needs, emerging market trends, infrastructure development, competitors move and the regulatory environment related to the assigned product suite
- Support Sales teams on solutioning of complex deals and oversee the implementation of mandated deals
- Regularly update management on progress against portfolio account plan
- Responsible for oversight of short-term and long-term key clients’ portfolio strategies leveraging regional Product execs to provide insight and clarity of regional and local customer needs, and the regulatory environment
- Develop and drive specific commercialization activities creating tools to support sales and client service teams in educating and marketing our global product capabilities
- Driving effective interaction across organizational boundaries, including sales, client services, marketing, operations, Information Technology (IT), Legal, Business Risk Control Management (BRCM), Finance, and Compliance to deliver optimized customer experiences
- Help manage the processes, infrastructure and resources needed to deliver agreed team plans and targets, identifying and implementing improvements and collaborating with colleagues to maximize end to end integration, effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in solutioning sales, account management or product management
- Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable
- Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach to business
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
