**_Job Scope _**

We are looking for long-term part-time Customer Service Officers to serve as the Company’s first point of contact and manage all parent inquiries during class. The Customer Service Officer will undertake all administrative duties at our front desk during weekends.

The goal is to make kids and parents feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

**_Responsibilities _**
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (QR codes for payments, announcements, fliers etc)
- Greet and welcome kids/parents upon arrival
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Respond to parent inquiries and addressing complaints (WhatsApp, phone call, walk-in) in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory supplies and inform managers when necessary
- In-charge of student attendance
- Collecting payment and maintain updated records of payments
- Maintaining customer database
- Ensuring that the database reflects the most up-to-date schedule
- Maintain and update records of payments
- Able to work independently and in a team with a high level of motivation and initiative

**_Requirements _**
- Enjoy interacting with children
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant & friendly personality
- Comfortable with technology (ideally with own laptop)
- All training will be provided
- Weekend work required
- **(Saturday and/or Sunday)**
- **Full day Saturday 8:30 - 6:00 PM (with break from 12:00-2:30PM)**:

- **Full day Sunday 8:30 - 6:00 PM (with break from 12:00-2:30PM)**:

- **No pay during break time**

**Salary**

$15/hour
