**Responsibilities**:
- Manpower Planning: Oversee or provide support for the manpower planning process, ensuring the bank has the right talent in the right positions to meet business needs.
- HR Operations: Take ownership of HR operations processes, providing management and support as needed to ensure smooth and efficient HR functions.
- Project Management: Monitor and coordinate key projects within the HR team, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, incorporating business needs into HR initiatives and ensuring effective execution of HR standards and procedures.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with relevant departments to support recruitment activities, ensuring the bank attracts and hires top talent.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, fostering fair, consistent, and continuous talent development across the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure organizational practices align with applicable labor laws and regulations, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years of Human Resources working experience with minimum of 2 years HRBP or relevant working experience.
- HR Expertise: Extensive experience and expertise in HR management, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to monitor and coordinate projects, ensuring successful outcomes within defined timelines.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Recruitment and Performance Management: Familiarity with recruitment processes and performance management frameworks to support talent acquisition and development.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring organizational practices adhere to legal requirements.
