
Logistics, Operations, Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day company’s administrative task.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents related to import and export of our products.
- Work closely with logistics, operation, and purchasing team to meet delivery deadline.
- Ensure procedures and policies are followed.
- Prepare monthly report and maintain complete updated records.
- Perform any other duties and responsibility as instructed by Management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably someone with 1 year experience and above
- Meticulous with good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multi-task without much supervision, great sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
- Only Singaporean and Residence, PLOC holder need to apply.
**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $2,500.00 per month
