**Consultant**:
**Extensive Industry Experience**:

- The applicant should have significant **_experience working in a _**_Michelin star restaurant for at least 7 years _**_. _Knowledge of sustainable cooking and practice are strongly considered.

**Management and Leadership Skills**:

- Experienced as a Chef de Cuisine for at least three years or a Chef de Sous for three years in a Michelin star restaurant.
- Being able to Mentor and develop training programs for restaurant staff including management, chefs, servers, and support staff to enhance customer service, teamwork and retain quality and sustainability of the restaurant’s reputation.

**Financial Acumen**:

- A deep understanding of restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, is essential for this position.

**Operational Knowledge**:
**Marketing and Branding Expertise**:

- Knowledge of marketing and branding strategies specific to the restaurant industry is required.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:
**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Understanding health and safety regulations, liquor licensing, sustainable practices and other legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore, is crucial, as non-compliance can lead to serious issues for the restaurant and its reputation.

**Technology Integration**:

- Familiarity with restaurant management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other technology solutions available in the market to add value in the modern restaurant environment.

**Customer Experience Enhancement**:

- You mush have knowledge of running a **_Michelin star _**restaurant service and towards achieving a michelin star.

**Adaptability**:

- You are required to have extensive knowledge of the **_Nordic cuisine _**and **_sustainable cooking practices. _**

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients, training staff, and presenting recommendations effectively.

**References and Portfolio**:

- The applicant should have a portfolio of past successes, ie projects and awards, and be able to provide references from satisfied business partners in the industry.
- Applicants who have previously managed and owned a business for at least 3 years are advantageous.

**Education and Certifications**:

- While formal education in hospitality/restaurant management or a related field can be beneficial, **_practical experience _**often carries more weight, in this industry. Relevant certification, awards and media releases in your achievement are valuable.
