**Responsibilities**:
- Tasked to update and safeguard all personnel & leave records
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage E-leave System and Time Management System
- Assist in recruitment processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on staffing requirements
- Assist with statutory and compliance submissions
- Organize yearly staff appraisal and manage staff insurance renewal
- Review and update the Employee Handbook, HR processes, and HR policies
