**What you will be working on**
- Role and Responsibilities:

- Improve overall studio programme framework and processes through evaluating data from participants' experience.
- Improve programming framework to increase the participation of ActiveSG members in studio programmes at ActiveSG Sport Centres
- Lead, plan and execute marketing and communications (MARCOMS)strategy and collaterals to raise awareness of studio programmes at ActiveSG Sport Centres.
- Review current marketing effort to improve marketing strategies and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Manage and support Les Mills partner by attending to feedback/issues, scheduling and on-boarding of new Les Mills instructors.
- Provide Les Mill instructors timely updates on studio programme and registration numbers
