This person will assist the Building Manager to ensure operation is running smoothly daily:
- Collates maintenance reports, attendance sheet and relevant documents for the monthly building services report.
- Seeks for quotation regarding to any related proposed work.
- Logistics support for events and to attend site recce with event organizers. Liaises and attends site recce with event organizers
- Assists Building Manager with CCTV, PA and Carpark management-related maintenance work
- Oversees and supports in Take-over/hand-over PPUF
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma holder in Building Maintenance & Management with/without FSM qualification
- Min 6 Years of Relevant Experience
