**Responsibilities**:
Manage and support Global RetailStores operations regarding, replenishment / sales posting / returns, and other SAP related posting or transactions pertaining to inventory movement.
- Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP, including order entry, administration, and shipping
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch to the correct addresses
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to identify and resolve any errors in order processing, shipments, or deliveries
- Track orders to ensure they adhere to established fulfillment processes
- Oversee inventory replenishment shipments to regional warehouses in line with the replenishment strategy
- Review and rectify any order issues before shipment status is confirmed
- Conduct SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse stock
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring smooth processing
- Collaborate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and overseas agents to resolve issues and optimize operational processes to achieve business goals
- Coordinate with relevant teams on the disposition of excess and obsolete inventory to mitigate company risks
- Maintain accurate data and manage periodic metric reporting for management review

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to work outside of regular hours based on business demands
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage
- Decisive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively to manage diverse situations
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
