**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end order processing in SAP, including order entry, administration, and shipping
- Track and monitor order processing to ensure alignment with fulfillment SOPs
- Execute replenishment shipments to regional warehouses based on inventory strategies
- Handle sales, marketing, support, and replacement shipments to partners and end consumers
- Conduct order reviews and rectifications prior to shipment status updates
- Address order-related issues in ticketing systems
- Perform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse stock
- Manage returns and merchandise in warehouses
- Establish, monitor, and oversee service providers to optimize resources across functions
- Coordinate with relevant teams on excess and obsolete inventory management to mitigate risk
- Prepare and manage data for regular metric reporting to management

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Familiarity with SAP ECC is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and effective communicator
- Independent problem-solver with a solid sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
