This is a broad-based role that will encompass end-user/event support and administration support such as Purchase Requisition (PR), Accruals, Outstanding, and Cashflow.

The officer will provide day-to-day end-user IT/event support, and provide administrative support relating to IT project assets, finance, and procurement matters.

**Responsibilities**:
- Gather user requirements for end-user computing (EUC) projects- Coordinate and handle EUC projects- Timely support to service issues and requests- Vendor management- Assist EUC IT equipment RMA- Diagnose and resolve IT hardware/software problems- Decommission and disposal of end-of-life inventory- Assist day-to-day EUC activities, Purchase Requisition (PR), Accruals, Outstanding, and Cashflow- Manage hardware deliveries, shipment of IT equipment and Goods Received- Compatibility testing for both hardware and software- Event support- EUC IT assets tracking and reconciliation- Provide training to junior staff and end-users when required

**Requirements**:
Educational Qualification- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field- Finance background would be advantageous

Experience- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar job function- Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Mac OS systems- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task such as IT Projects, IT Procurement, and IT Finance matters

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
