We are looking for a passionate individual to join our growing business as a Business Development Manager. If you are outcome driven, ambitious and believe you can make a difference, we would like to hear from you
You will be the expert in negotiating partnership opportunities with businesses across the region via different business models, manage our client’s relationship and develop new markets across the regions.
Identify trends and market opportunities outside the mainstream market and assist in the development of business strategies.
**What you will do**:
- Conduct in depth market research, identify, and capture the business opportunities to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
- Drive the go-to-market strategies and action plans by work closely with company c-suite and stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client pain points and build a strong, long-lasting business relationships with key partners.
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning, and marketing processes establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Plan and execute the strategic actions and responsible for the full journey of assigned market business development.
- In charge for the partnership negotiations and continuously expanding the networks to boost our branding awareness.

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with at least 5 years of sales/ business development experience in the gaming industry.
- Track record of successful client acquisition and business development, especially for the Japan market.
- Strong understanding of the gaming and digital content landscape and partners across PC, Mobile and Console.
- Business and entrepreneurial acumen with strategic and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in Japanese language required, English language skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong network of contacts in the games industry or web 3.0 companies.
- Driven individual that maintains highest personal standards, with desire to constantly learn and improve.
