**EXECUTIVE, VOLUNTEER**:

- Degree holder in any discipline
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in both programme and community development will be advantageous, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Has experience as a volunteer and/or managing volunteers in personal capacity for charities or non-profit organisations
- Strong inter-personal skilss with an interest in relationship building
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a lean working environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Creative, nuturing, and passionate in working with children and youths

Job description:

- Work with the team to develop volunteer management strategies and establish a structured framework for various stages of the volunteer life cycle, from resourcing, recruitment, engagement, development to retention.
- Develop and implement appropriate onboarding and training programmes for the development of volunteers.
- Coordinate existing volunteer programmes and new initiatives to augment meaningful engagement between volunteers, beneficiaries and their families.
- Assist in the day-to-day running, monitoring, review and evaluation of volunteering programmes and acitvities to ensure effectiveness in meeting organisational objectives.
- Support and coordinate logistics, budget and manpower resources for the events and programmes.
- Support collaborations with corporate and institutional partners, and volunteers/voluntary groups for delivery of expertise and domain knowledge.
- Support collaborations across departments to address respective needs for volunteer resources, plan and coordinate cross-functinoal initiatives by leveraging on respective content expertise.
- Update database in system for statistical reporting and prepare post-event reports.
- Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by supervisors from time to time.
