- Experience working in a printing & Advertising company

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Support Sales Operations**: Handle customer inquiries, create accurate quotations, and process orders efficiently.

2. **Consult with Customers**: Address customer queries promptly and precisely, providing advice and consistent communication across multiple channels.

3. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience.

4. **Adaptable and Tech-savvy**: Operate state-of-the-art software for efficient processing of orders.

5. **No Cold Calling/Customer Hunting**: Focus on incoming leads and relationship building without the need to cold call or do outdoor sales.

**Working Hours & Location**
- **Monday to Friday**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM + SAT 9:00am-1:00pm (WFH)
- **Nearest MRT**: Admiralty/Sembawang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
