About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Rapid Press Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs for a wide range of print materials. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that span various industries, delivering creative solutions that help our clients achieve their branding and marketing goals. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing conceptual designs, layouts, and illustrations for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the marketing and sales departments, to understand client requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs
  3. Ensuring all design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
  4. Providing design support and revisions based on client feedback
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality of your work
  6. Assisting with the preparation of files for print production

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the printing or creative services industry
  2. Strong proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  3. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
  4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing, on-brand designs
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design concepts
  6. A portfolio demonstrating a range of successful design projects, including print materials
  7. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
