A Singapore-based insurer with presence across Asian markets is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join their forward-looking team, to aid in their Digital Transformation initiatives.

This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who is passionate about building and maintaining robust IT infrastructure, ensure network integrity and safeguarding company data against cyber threats. You will be at the forefront of technology, steering the organization through the complexities of today's digital landscape with innovative solutions and strategic oversight. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the IT infrastructure of a growing company, making it resilient, secure and scalable. You will be rewarded with an enjoyable team environment as well as an equitable remuneration of up to S$12,000 per month.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading a multidisclinary team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services and cyber security.
- Work alongside in-house infosec and compliance teams to safeguard digital assets from threats across various platforms (including on-prem infra, multi-cloud, services).
- Partner and maintain an effective working relationship with external vendors and business users.
- Identify areas for improvements while staying updated on the latest technology trends.

We seek a talent with:

- 13-15 years of hands-on experience in a network / IT infrastructure role ideally while in a managerial capacity.
- Strong experience with on-premise technologies and migrating to a multi-cloud environment.
- Familarity with MAS' Technology Risk Management guidelines.
- Comfortable to join on a 1 year contract.
- Singaporeans only.
