Ant Group Product Commercialisation Specialist

Deliver and execute business use case, value proposition, product road-map and commercialisation strategy amongst other key deliverables - Devise and oversee the build of the product and Go-to-market execution, including setting the relevant metrics to drive commercialisation and measure success - Define product package including pricing and sales materials to drive commercialisation - Responsible for product P&L and market management - Develop and implement strategic and impactful initiatives to drive revenue - Track effectiveness of various initiatives through use of data and engagement with Finance and Analytics - Identify new ecosystem opportunities for business-growth, structure client-solutions and define business cases - Translate ideation to implementation framework and execute timely on project delivery in shaping the overall business vision and roadmap - Work with various stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance to define documentation and presentation in ALCO committee - Keep abreast of digital innovations and disruptions in the SME landscape to recommend new solutions in response to the changing market and customers’ needs
- University graduate with 5-7 years of relevant working experience within SME/Fintech landscape - Product management experience in defining business case, value proposition, go-to-market and commercialisation strategy - Demonstrate understanding of SMEs digital business solutions and industry developments - Results-oriented and proactive in identifying and developing business opportunities - Solution-driven, practical and resourceful - Able to work under timeline pressures and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on; willing and able to assist with ad-hoc requests from other teams - Has learning agility to keep abreast of latest technology and best practices - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills - Highly self-motivated and able to excel as an individual as well as being a team player in achieving the common goals/targets the overall business - Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills - Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
