- Liaise and coordinate with counterpart to ensure timely and accurate manifesting of Bill of Lading.
- Ensure invoices are generated for all charged items for every Bill of Lading within the required timeline.
- Ensure timely billing of invoices.
- Attend to counter duties on rotational basis
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification, or GCE 'A' Level with 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping line.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferably to commence work within short notice
