**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to business strategy by helping leaders identify, align, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes in an effective and efficient manner that support achievement of business goals
- Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (such as workforce design planning, performance review, employee engagement initiatives, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review).
- Collaborate with business leaders to focus on organization’s learning strategies to meet business requirements
- Work closely and advise business leaders on ways to address manpower productivity and cost containment
- Liaise and guide business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior roles in line with business strategy and objectives
- Secure buy-in from business leaders on compensation and benefits policies and programs
- Act as an employee champion and change agent in identifying key challenges
- Align objectives and goals with internal stakeholders beyond the team and external stakeholders to yield mutual benefits

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5-10 years of work experience as a HR
- Significant experience of senior broad-based HR partnering, working in international commercial and matrix organizations
- Commercial focus with demonstrated ability to identify and deliver commercial outcomes
- Effective communicator and influencer who is able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellence in diplomacy, discretion, and ability to engage with individuals
- A team player who can manage and prioritize time competitive projects
