Singapore CONNECT AND COMMUNICATE LLP Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide valuable customer service to our clients and enquiring customers
- Assist Centre Manager to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Process client fee payments and accounts
- Schedule client appointments
- Day-to-day functions at the reception counter
- Maintain client files/records
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- "A" levels/ Diploma or equivalent
- Warm and caring attitude towards children and families
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- 5 days’ work week inclusive of Saturdays
- Well versed in MS Word and Excel
- At least 2 years’ experience preferred
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
- Energetic and eager to learn new skills

Working hours: Tuesday-Friday 8.30-6pm, Saturday 8.30-3.30pm
