Recorded Future is seeking an experienced manager and cybersecurity professional to oversee multiple teams of threat intelligence consultants and supporting roles serving our clients across Asia, Pacific, and Japan (APJ). The position is a leadership role in our Customer Success and Services organization and owns the technical success of clients in the region. The technical solutions and outcomes delivered by this position's teams are the cornerstone of value realization, retention, and expansion of business with our clients.

**What you will do as AVP, Intelligence Services APJ**:

- Drive technical success around implementation of Recorded Future services to retain clients and grow business in the region
- Provide day-to-day management and leadership for multiple teams of intelligence consultants distributed throughout APJ.
- Serve as the delivery counterpart and primary business partner of VP APJ Sales
- Consult internally and externally on client intelligence and technical requirements; measure security outcomes for security intelligence related to business drivers.
- Serve as a representative of our APJ clients to the broader Recorded Future business
- Hire intelligence consultants and managers responsible for new lines of business.
- Lead build out of programs in new markets such as India and South Korea
- Continuously identify areas for improvement around operational processes and deliver improvements that increase customer retention.
- Set, achieve and report on all aspects of APJ consultant team's performance against quarterly and annual team objectives and key results.

**What you will bring as the AVP, Intelligence Services APJ**:

- 5+ years managing analyst / consultant / advisor teams with at least 5 direct reports
- Must have experience hiring, managing multiple teams, and managing managers
- 10+ years in technology / security with client-facing responsibilities
- Leadership experience in cybersecurity a must and intelligence strongly preferred
- Ability to translate the requirements of clients into viable technical solutions
- Customer acumen to champion needs internally with product and analyst teams
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Understanding of security operations, threat intelligence frameworks, and networking communication protocols; direct experience a significant plus.
- Regular travel is required, typically up to 30%
