This position will be responsible for the analytics and insights within the Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) Sales Operations organization, supporting the Global Lead Development (GLD) organization’s Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This role is responsible for data, reporting, processes/data hygiene, documentation, and implementation/support of GLD operations for the Lead Development Reps lead-to-sales opportunity process and Management By Objectives (MBO) compensation.

This role enables you to have significant business impact through your direct involvement in data, decisions, logistics and process improvement; business reviews, modeling, reporting, forecasting, and providing overall operations support for the team.

The GLD Analytics and Insights Lead - APJ will work across the business in collaboration and coordination with the GLD team they support, other GLD Operations team, public sector operations, field sales, marketing, and other cross functional teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage the operational metrics and reporting associated with the administration and governance of GLD-APJ, ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting.
- Develop customized performance reports/dashboards that encompass key metrics to support the GLD team globally and deeper analysis within APJ region.
- Assist in the preparation of data and analysis for Weekly, Monthly, & Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic narratives
- Audit and ensure cleanliness of data
- Partnering with Program Managers (PMs) for market/vertical and/or team analysis in support of campaigns for greenfield, emerging and mature EMEA markets
- Help author narratives and provide data insights and analysis for Business Reviews.
- Secures and manages collaborations with teams across AWS.
- As part of a global organization, some travel (domestic and international) may be required.

4+ years of direct experience with Tableau Desktop for dashboard creation - 3+ years of experience in demand generation data analytics and reporting - 3+ years of experience in marketing data analytics and reporting - 2+ years of experience using Figma design tool - Experience developing a ground-up annual forecast plan against key metrics - Experience with communicating up to an executive level of leadership - Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be beneficial - Familiarity with Public Sector - Experience using BI tools and CRM software
