**Yamal Trade Pte Ltd **, a subsidiary of Yamal LNG Joint Venture, is a company incorporated in Singapore which business is linked to Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) produced in Yamal Peninsula (Russia).

The role of the **Accounts officer / Accounts Payable **involves providing financial support to the accounting, finance and internal management reporting teams in the company. The role is to complete processing, verifying reconciling invoices and keeping timely entries into the internal management system, assisting in providing and preparing data for internal company reports.
- Provide day to day support to the Accounts department and the management reporting teams
- Check and verified invoices received from the counterparties, ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and perform the relevant data entry into the internal management system
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice entry
- Communicating/liaising with counterparties, business departments to seek clarification on contractual issues which might result in unplanned liabilities for the company
- Generate data and facilitate with providing information for analytical reports such as cashflow, budgeting and other periodic reporting within the company.
- Develop detailed working knowledge of cost structure and expense invoices to assist in and to contribute to the management reporting
- Monthly tracking, analysis and reporting of key finance metrics and results
- Ensure compliance to the company’s policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and strategies to ensure quality and timely payment of invoices raised by counterparties on a monthly basis
- Administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the accounts payable function
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Business, or other related disciplines
- Good communication skills
- Possess good analytical skills
- Able to perform multi-task
- Good in numerical skills, organized, high attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
