
Accounts Officer

In the role of an Accounts Officer (Family Office), you will have a crucial responsibility in supporting the daily affairs of the stakeholder’s family, as well as managing the financial and administrative operations of the family office.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Data management**: Organize and manage various data, including the family's financial information and banking records.
- **Financial Management**: Conduct Full Set of Bookkeeping and accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements, and generate timely financial reports.
- **Communication with the stakeholders**: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed.
- **Administrative support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, running errands, and organizing events on behalf of the family.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other relevant parties to ensure smooth collaboration.
- **Foreign Exchange and Financial Risk Management**: Assist in managing the family office's foreign currency exposure and handling foreign exchange settlements.
- **Execution of Other Tasks**: Fulfill other ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in numerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with family members and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Working experience in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.
