How you will spend your time as our next Account Based Marketing Manager

The Account Based Marketing Manager for the APAC region will be responsible for strategy, development and execution of account-based marketing plans that create awareness and demand in our most strategic customers. Plans will work to identify new opportunities within the account, establish and nurture executive relationships, and create awareness of the business value derived by Qlik within the account.

The primary goals of this role are to develop and execute account specific campaigns and events that deliver on a high value relationship experience that drives demand generation, brand awareness, customer loyalty, and lead maturation.
- Account Based Marketing Programs - Develop a suite of programs aimed at creating awareness and demand, driving adoption, fostering executive relationships, increasing pipeline. Including -
- Account profiling
- Appointment setting
Advertising and account specific digital campaigns including social media
- Development of CXO-level Relationships
- Full suite of events - In Account/Qlik Days, workshops, executive briefings
- Qlik Infusion - Customer sponsored ABM activities - working with the customer to develop custom branding and a communications and events plan specific to the strategic account
- Program Analysis, reporting and optimization
- Measure marketing programs effectiveness and gather insights to drive future business and product planning and refine marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales to ensure effective follow-up of marketing programs and tracking of opportunities
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Regularly communicate program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.
- Act as the face of marketing in bringing broader awareness of key programs outside of ABM to the account and team
- Be a key contributor to the Global Account team, working with sales, customer success, pre-sales and services, including quarterly and account Business Reviews
- Work collaboratively with the local Field Marketing team, share best practices, optimize programs
- Create and execute accurate budget estimates; work within program budgets and manage expenses monthly
- Facilitate PR activities with regional and corporate marketing resources
- Customer-centricity that helps ensure customer advocacy and success
- Leverage professional contacts as appropriate to accelerate a Qlik introduction

You will be successful if you have
- The ability to develop, execute and track success against an account-based marketing plan
- Strong campaign development and writing skills
- Strong verbal communication/presentation skills
- A solid understanding of Business Analytics market, Qlik solutions, key differentiators, value prop
- The ability and desire to engage directly with customers
- A strong understanding of the sales process; comfortable engaging/leading sales; Sales experience a plus
- The ability to manage Qlik tools/processes/budget
- Very strong program/plan management skills
- Strategic & creative thinking capability
- Experience of marketing in APAC

You will thrive if you have
- 10+ years' experience creating strategy and execution for repeatable enterprise marketing campaigns and events
- Bachelor equivalent (mandatory)
- Experience with SFDC
- Account based marketing experience
- Budget management experience
- Experience managing vendor relations
- The ability to travel as required (approximately 15%-25% depending on geography and market needs)
- The ability to speak Japanese is a plus
