**The Role**
This is a 1-year contract position to provide support to the Institutional Sales Team in business activities / client reporting, as well as to provide executive assistance to the Country Head and the team. The role will have high extension possibility.
**Key Areas of Responsibilities**
Client Reporting
- Support Institutional Sales Team on sales support activities including the consolidation of client reporting and timely dissemination.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and to gather input from internal stakeholders.
- Assist to create powerpoint decks and working with internal stakeholders to get approvals.
Executive Assistance to the Country Head
- Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Country Head in organizing appointment calendar and coordinating reporting for various working and management committees.
- Support Distribution team in travel arrangements and other administrative matters.
**Essential Skills/ Requirements**
- Relevant experience with an asset manager or financial institution.
- Able to work independently and well within a team.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Organized, disciplined and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
