We are currently expanding our team within the Business Design division and are looking for a Business Design Manager to support the business growth through generating new leads, nurturing inbound leads, proposal conceptualization, and pitching.

You will play a vital role in providing knowledge management and architecture, ownership, and clear communication, to thrive in collaboration efforts with both internal and external stakeholders on the development and communication of innovative, client-centric solutions.

Working closely with the Head, Business Design you will acquire an invaluable understanding of business strategy and commercial acumen, you are accountable for clientele’s strategic goals and support to achieve their desired outcomes aligned with the team’s financial KPIs (revenue and margin commitment) and will be expected to:

- Ensure that the clients are put at the heart of proposal development
- Build business in mixed-method research, including identifying opportunities, fostering strategic business relationships, and responding successfully to research briefs
- Develop and elevate as a trusted adviser to both clients and internal stakeholders across all business units to foster client-focused approaches
- Assist in mapping client opportunities and provide market intelligence to the team
- Work alongside the BD team to ensure all client data is kept up to date on Salesforce system
- Provide expert advice and proposal writing throughout the pitching process
- Manage proposal agreement processes for all clients and ensure proposals are manageable for the business to onboard
- Proactively seek new methodologies, tools, and innovations to deliver client solutions in different ways to enhance the commercial strategy, by collaborating with other departments
- Consolidating past successes and case studies to showcase our track records
- Provide strategic insights based on Salesforce data that support the delivery teams in anticipating and executing commissioned projects and guide business strategy

**Critical Technical, Professional and Personal Capabilities**
- Degree in Marketing Science, Communications, and Brand Planning or Business
- 3-5+ years of progressive commercial experience in research marketing, account management, and/or brand
- Energetic, motivated, and capable of building relationships internally and with stakeholders
- Proven track record in achieving individual revenue targets
- Able to drive business within a team.
- Possess good knowledge (across sectors) and networking skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels.
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the drive to see plans through to implementation as well as can deliver content and key messages at scale.
